All the branches are good in engineering.
It is recommended that you should choose the branch according to your interest, passion and skills. So, that you can learn new things without getting bore and you get success in your career. Before choosing any branch make sure you think which type of career you want in future.
And most important thing is to choose the top college from where you can get good knowledge, exposure and placements.
Now, coming back to your question IT field is one of the top recruiters in India and Abroad. There are huge scope for IT students due to fast growing of IT industries. Ample career options are available in this field. Plenty of jobs are available.
