admission to m.tech in biotechnology of ms ramaiah institute is based on gate score or PGCET exam of karnataka. the eligibility criteria is candidates must complete  B.E/B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate are eligible. The minimum aggregate marks required are 45% in case of candidates are from Karnataka belonging to SC/ST & Category-l.
