when a candidate selected in AFMC and then who foregoing his seat. then what is he allowed another college seat where who want.

Sorry to say dear but your question is not clear. But with your question i assume that you want to know that if any candidate selected for AFMC but any reason the candidate alloted another college. Now where she or he giving admission.
1st of all candidate must have to go AFMC and talk to them with his or her selection document. Then if they are consider candidate can admission there. If candidate go for 2nd alloted college then also clear them the problem first and take admission there. And AFMC is Armed Force Medical College , Pune.
