Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will start the counselling of TS ICET 2019 anytime soon.On its official, website, it has stated that the website is under testing and not for students. Only those candidates who meet the cutoff criterion of the exam will be called for the TS ICET 2019 counselling.
