hello suman hari,
the admission in PUNJAB ENGINEERING COLLEGE will be on the basis of JEE MAINS only .the eligibilty criteriae is you should have passed in their +2 board exam with 75%.
jee mains exam will be conducted twice a year one on jan 2019 and another is on april 2019.you can refer below links to know more about jee mains exam and PEC,

mam I am applyed for jee January. But mam I want to know how I will enter in pec to take admission.

hello suman,first get qualify jee mains jan 2019 ,then approach college for admission.if you think,this mark is not enough then give april 2019 jee mains.you can use the best of both score.please refer the links which i gave.
