when are degree colleges going to reopen n will there be offline or online lectures

There is nothing that can be said as of now. Keeping the covid-19 crisis in vision, colleges reopening especially in cities like Mumbai, Delhi is difficult as of now since they cannot risk students' lives. They cannot risk anyone's lives ofcourse not only students but everyone. So if there's a need, online lectures will be started by the college, many colleges have already started with the same. The decision of online learning will be taken by that university itself and the colleges offline will only start after everything is safe since we have to fight this pandemic together.

The pandemic is hitting us all hard, and none of knows that when the things will get back to normal, when will schools reopen, when will colleges reopen, this can't be predicted as of now, meanwhile if the situation gets better in August or September then there will be some probabilities of reopening of universities again, until situation comes back to normal, nothing can be predicted.
For now only online lectures are being given to college and school students.
