when are degree colleges opening all across the country

According to the media reports, the government may soon announce a phase-wise plan for the reopening of the schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions across the country, between September and November 14, under the guidelines for the final phase of the Unlock. Due to the outbreak of Covid-19, the students have to strictly abide by the guidelines that need to be followed in order to maintain social distancing once the notice of the resumption of educational institutions is out. The final decision is yet to be announced.
