Now you have appeared for January JEE Mains exam and very soon you will be appearing for the April attempt as well. After the results come out with final rank, you can apply for JOSAA counselling and then only you will get to know which college you have been allotted which will be a result of the best out of the two percentiles you would have scored. And there's no such allocation of colleges based on your January percentile.
