According to news colleges/ school /educational institutes should get opened from September 21 i.e., from yesterday. But few colleges are still going on with online classes due to the the pandemic situation. As the medicine for Covid is not yet out, few Colleges are not yet announced dates for reopening. Must wait and check with the official website of the college for further details
