Hii!
The d.pharm forms are released by the Colleges providing the course. So, you need to mention the name of the College you are interested in, to take admission. This will help us provide you with the correct dates. Also, there are certain entrance exams conducted by the respective Colleges and the other exams such as GPAT, AU AIMEE, UPSEE, PMET, CPMT etc.,
So, kindly specify the exam name of any.
Generally the forms are out by the month of April and June but this year, all the forms are delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Hello Aspirant,
Nowadays whole nation is undergoing through nationwide lockdown due to outbreak of Corona Virus and this phase of lockdown will continues upto May 31st.
All educational institutions have been closed since March 16th , due to which all exams have been postponed and related activities were also been stopped but now as situations are becoming normally activities are being resumed.
So for application form of D.Pharm. just wait and be updated with the official site of the conducting authority.
