when did i need to get pwd certificate for neet,before or after neet .whether it is needed during registration for exam

PWD certificate is issued for minimum 40% disability.
Once you are selected for NEET admission via PWD category, you have to present your pwd certificate issued by assesment board at the time of counseling. Your district hospital certificates are not valid for NEET
