As we know that as of now COVID-19 active cases are gradually decreasing and the circumstances are becoming favorable and the government has decided to keep the colleges closed till October 31st as a preventional measure and if we discuss about the latest UGC Guidelines then it clearly states that from November 1st new session should be started for first year students either in online made or offline mode whichever will be most convenient as per the situation of the locality. As of now online classes system has been adopted by almost all institutions.
