My advice for you is prepare the concept for the subjects first which is common in both board as well as in Jee.If you are preparing for jee than most of time your focus is towards jee exam and less time for your boards.
For eg:If you are studying for 4 -5 hours a day for a year than you should focus 3.5 hours on building the concept and doing exercises for jee and rest time you should devote to board preparation.
Little bit variation depends upon you but not affect your results more.

Yeah I will give a good plan please more concrete on the NCERT books so that it will cover the board syllabus and as well as the JEE mains also after this you will get the good grip on NCERT concepts then you refer the some of the reference books like for physics HC vema
For chemistry O P Tandon
For mathematics R D Sharma
And refer the previous year question papers
