When i fill the AIIMS basic registration form i got email from I got the email in spam .Should i again fill the form?

No you are not supposed to fill the form again. It sometimes happens that your account identifies the mail as spam. Simply mark that email as NOT SPAM and make sure that future mails do not get spammed.
Once you rcieve an email with ID and Password that means you can continue to fill up your form and make sure to fill the details correctly and genrate confirmation page at last and upload correct images so that your form is not rejected.
At last i will again say, mark that mail as NOT SPAM. So that future mails are not sent to spam box.
