When I get 35 out of 30 or 30 below I will get scholarship

In your case, If the total marks are 35, then:

30 out of 35 ≈ 85%.
Scoring 30 or above → You will get the scholarship.
Scoring below 30 → It depends on their minimum qualification rule .
