Dear Govinda,

The OBC-NCL certificate (FORM-OBC-NCL) must be made on or after April 1, 2018. This date is officially announced in JEE Advanced 2018 brochure.

As per the official information in JEE Advanced 2018 Brochure, OBC-NCL certificate (FORM-OBC-NCL) should have been issued on or after April 01, 2018 in confirmation with the latest guidelines of the Government of India. In case you fail to collect your OBC-NCL certificate (issued after April 1, 2018) before online registration, then in such a case, you may upload a declaration (Declaration in Lieu of OBC-NCL Certificate) to that effect.
