If you are not getting enough sleep, that may cause you to feel sleepy during studying and can also cause tiredness. Therefore, make sure you are taking a sound sleep of at least 7 to 8 hours per day.
Secondly, you may feel tired and sleepy if you are dehydrated. Therefore, make sure to drink enough water and keep yourself hydrated.
Thirdly, if you deal with procrastination, that is the tendency to not do any work and keep postponing everything, you may need to change your habits. For example: you can use pomodoro method for studying where you set an alarm for 25 minutes where you study followed by a five minute break. Fourthly, make sure you are eating a balanced meal and exercising every day. Physical health definitely affects your brain. As it is said, "a healthy mind resides in a healthy body". Therefore, you must take care of your body by exercising at least 30 minutes everyday and by eating nutritious meals.
Lastly, cut back on social media.
