when I online for jee main I mention my category general in that time I have no EWS certificate so I fill general but now I have EWS certificate can I upload this certificate during jossa counselling and I can mention EWS category

There is no option to change your category after applying for JEE Main. As you did not declared yourself as EWS during form fill up, the system assigned you as GENERAL. So you got only one rank and that is general category rank in your JEE Main 2021 result. As there is no rank in EWS category, it is impossible to change your category in this period.
