When I registered my name for VITEEE I chose Chennai campus, if I will able to get a good rank, will I get admission at Vallore campus?

Well the campus selection criteria is entirely upto you if you have a really good rank for the VIT entrance exam then you will definitely have the priority to choose the stream and the campus you want during counselling. Obviously if your rank isnt good enough your choices are pretty limited.You do have a choice to choose the campus but it entirely depends on your VIT entrance exam rank.
Don't worry about it. Just focus on your exams, you can change it during counselling even after registration.

Yes definitely, you don't need to worry about that.You will be provided this choice filling option again during the VITEEE counselling process.Just concentrate on your studies and try to get good rank in order to get admission in VIT UNIVERSITY, main campus.
