when i'm clicking on new registration ,it is showing as "new registration over"...then when should i register fa counselling?

"New registration over" is for 2018, the website is jammed that's why it's not working properly at the moment, just have a bit of patience, the counselling will happen on the scheduled dates only 19-24, wait for the time being.
