When is the last time for locking the choices in 2nd allottment?

It seems that you are talking about NEET counselling conducted by DGHS on the behalf of MCC and these competent authorities have also released the dates for Round 2 counselling so according to the latest schedule one can fill and lock his/her choices for Round 2 by November 24th upto 11:59 PM and suppose if you are unable to lock the choices then also there is no need to worry because the choices which you have filled will automatically be locked after the deadline..
