Official sercular of DTE regarding Cap rounds is already out on Dec 7 the cap rounds are to be held on 23-25 dec and 2-4 january in total 2 roundings all seats will be filled as there is no 3rd cap round this year , so you need to register for the cap rounds as soon as possible .
