when must be payment done after getting admission in engineering under tfws schme ? Is there any advance payment in these scheme

If student got admission under TFW scheme then students do not have to pay tuition fee but students have to pay other fee such as exam fee, bus fee, deposit and hostel fee.The Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme shall be for thecomplete duration of the course and the students admitted under this scheme shall not be allowed tochange the institution or the course under any circumstances.
