The NCERT publishes the NTSE OMR answer sheet as soon as after 15 days from the exam date.

Hi Asmita!
Thank you for asking this question. Going by last year's trend, NCERT should have released the scanned OMR Sheets by August 11, 2018. This means you can expect them any time soon now.
