You haven't mentioned the exam you want to appy to?
Still, application for most engineering entrance exams open around late September and goes on till around April, or even May. So, you need to keep track of the exam you want to apply.
For example, the application form of JEE Main is now over, while entrance exams like WBJEE are still accepting application forms.
