It you want participate in CGPET counselling, you will have to register by providing the details required. Followed by registration, they will have to fill their choice of colleges and courses in the order of preference and get the necessary documents verified. The seats will be allotted after CG PET counselling 2019 on the basis of your merit, choice filling and availability of seats.

The counselling session will be conducted separately for CG PET and JEE Main qualified candidates. However, you will be required to register to be considered for counselling.

Steps to be followed:

Registration

You will have to register by providing the details mentioned below:

• JEE Main 2019 / CG PET 2019 Roll Number
• Date of Birth
• Create Password
• Domicile of the candidate

As soon as the above information will be filled in, a unique registration number will be generated for all the candidates. Using this registration number and password, you will have to log in to enter the following details:

• Name of the Candidate
• Father’s Name
• Mother’s Name
• Nationality
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Category
• Language
• Religion
• Region
• Family Income
• Address
• State
• Pin Code
• Phohe Number
• Mobile Number
• Guardian’s Phone Number

Uploading scanned images:

After providing the information, youywill have to upload the scanned images of their recent passport size photograph and signature in the specifications officially prescribed.

Payment of counselling fees:

You will be required to pay the counselling fees in online mode via credit card/ debit card/ net banking. No other mode will be accepted for payment of fees.

Choice filling:

You will have to select their choice of courses and colleges in the order of their preference. At the time of choice filling process, you will be able to add, delete, modify, and interchange their choices. After the selection of choices, you will have to save them and take a printout of the application form along with the choices filled.

Document verification:

You will be invited for document verification on the basis of their ranks. They will be required to carry a set of original as well as xerox copies of the documents to be submitted for verification. It is important to note that one should have to be physically present at the centre for the verification process. A receipt cum acknowledgement slip will be provided to you who will have their documents verified successfully.

• Class X Marksheet
• Class XII Marksheet
• Conduct Certificate
• Migration Certificate
• CG PET Application Form along with Filled Options.
• JEE Main 2019/ CG PET 2019 Mark Sheet
• Domicile Certificate
• Category Certificate (if applicable)

*You will be allotted seats in online mode on the basis of their ranks, choice filling and seat availability. You are will be required to download their provisional allotment letter by logging into their account.
