Nothing can be said as of now, there is a delay in admissions and entrance exams this year because of the ongoing pandemic, so nothing can be predicted regarding the physical counselling yet, when it's going to conduct, if it's going to conduct this year or not, nothing can be said regarding the same.
You should definitely wait for an official notification from your desired college or university.
