When university calculate last meirt for ba/bcomllb do they take top 4 subject or top 5 subject under consideration?

Diferent universities have different calculation procedures for taking admissions.  But most of the universities including the most reputed university , university of delhi take the top 4 subjects under consideration . It means that admissions are made on the basis of marks scored in best four subjects.

It happens in very rare cases that top 5 subjects are taken into consideration.It would be better if you would have mentionef the university name so that i could tell you their admission procedure in detail.
