The seat allotments is released in different rounds depending on the counselling authority and exam. Generally, after the registration and choice filling process, the seat allotment is declared in phases (Round 1, Round 2 , and so on ).
You need to visit the official counselling website of the exam/authority through which you have applied for example- JoSAA, CSB , State level CET or etc. to check the counselling notifications where seat allotment release dates are released.
