When we have to pay the Fee (35,000/-) ?? While registering for Josaa or during the counseling (any round) or after the 7th round??

Hello dear, you have to pay this amount whenever you freeze your seat during the counseling, and after every round, if you keep the option of float then you have to pay at the end of the 7th round.

Sumita, you will have to make the payment of Rs 35,000 after seats are alloted to you. This step is done before reporting to centers for document verification. The e-challan has to be downloaded and payment to be done thereafter. Payment can also be done through SBI Net Banking.
