when will application form release? Do we have to come to college to get the form?

In the current situation of Covid-19 pandemic all the institutes across the world has gone virtual. So almost all the works are done in online mode from application for admission to fees payment and many more. There are only a few colleges and only some work related to them are there which needs to be done by being physically present in the institute. So it is assumed that the college would have put any of the important form on it's official website or would have circulated virtually among the students.
