Hello Aspirant,
See till now some states such as UP, Andhra Pradesh and some more have opened the colleges for first year students but some states such as Delhi, Himachal Pradesh and so on, have decided to shut the colleges for this year as a precautional measure from second wave of spread of Corona virus.
As of now almost all institutions have adopted the means of online classes and also you have not mentioned your state so it's quite difficult to help you with an accurate information.
