When will be the Counselling start for bipc ( Pharm-D ) ? Through EAMCET can I apply for biotechnology

dear aspirant,
The first phase of EAMCET counselling starts from 28 th of june to 8th of july 2019 and the date varies in the different districts of andhra pradesh or telengana as concerned.yes through EAMCET you can apply for engineering, agriculture, MBBS ,DPHARM, B PHARM and biotechnology.

But in the news they published that the counselling start for engineering stream but not for bipc.so plzz help me and let me know when will the counselling start for us and when I login for the Payment processing it displaying that the canditate details are incomplete plzzz help me
