when will be the state ranks released how they give category ranks with out any copies of certificates uploaded

A few states have already begun with NEET UG 2021 counseling while a few are waiting for MCC to initiate the counseling. State merit list is released after the completion of registration at state quota counseling portal where you can know your state rank. Category ranks are determined based on the data received from NTA and the data candidates provide for counseling. In case any candidate tries to commit fraud with his or her caste status, his application is canceled then and there and he or she is brought to justice. Hope that helped. All the best!
