After NEET result, each state makes its own rank list for state quota seats. For example, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana release their state rank lists soon after the NEET result. Once this list is out, you get a state rank that is used to apply for state counselling for MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH courses.

The state ranks of AP EAMCET are usually released a few days after the result is declared.
There is no fixed date, but it is expected soon after the final key and results are out. Keep checking the official website for updates.
