There is no official notification out on the website yet regarding the counselling schedule of state quota seats of government colleges and government aided institutes.
Last year counselling started from 17th June. This year the same can be expected from third or the last week of June to start.
The official website is dmerharyana.org
The official website has released the list of colleges permitted for MBBS/BDS admission in he session of 2019-2020. So, the registration can be expected to start very soon.
I will suggest you to wait a bit and continue checking the website once everyday.
