Hi,

You must write to CBSE and send a scanned copy of your scorecard along. They'll give the exact dates.

Hi,You should check your NTSE score on your respective state's SCERT website.

I have already sent a mail to NCERT but there isn't any reply. I have only received a letter regarding how to get my scholarship through ordinary post. Pls tell me when will I get certificates

This communication can be confirmed by NCERT only as they have sent it through ordinary post. You can check with the concerned post office to see if it's stuck there by any chance.
