However they was to start from 2nd week of April but for now it has been postponed do let's see when will application form begin ,now may be it takes time because 2nd attempt has shifted to July ,so a lot of time is there ,you should focus on your study this time , this time try to make no excuse after results because you get a lot of time . So be prepared ,when application begin for second attempt,you will be informed .
