According to the official website http://www.ignouhelp.in/ignou-admission/ , July BTS sessions might be constituted between May and August. But this might tentatively not happen in May as the lockdown continues until May 3rd. In few States like Telangana it has been extended until May 7th. So we can expect the notifications to be released in June. However this is just a speculation and please watch out for official information.
