Hello,
NTA has already launched official website of NEET at nta.neet.ac.in, the application form may get released anytime soon but NTA hasn't yet provided exact details regarding this, NEET 2021 is scheduled to be on 1st August which is conducted for admission to MBBS/BDS/Ayush/BVSc and AH, in order to appear for NEET you need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria-
Attained 17 years as on 31st December of appearing year
Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects
Acquired PCB aggregate inclusive of theory and practical against one's respective category
UR-50%
SC/ST/OBC-40%
PwD- 45%
As of now there is no upper age limit, hence no restriction in terms of number of attempts. regarding application form date you can stay updated by following our page at https://medicine.careers360.com/exams/neet
