Hii Chandni!
The dates for the release of application forms for different Colleges in Kolkata vary as per the courses. But, if we talk about the Kolkata University as a whole, the tentative dates for the release of application forms is in the months of May, June 2020. The last date to fill the form and register will be in July, 2020. Keep an eye on the official website for updates.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
