When. Will the application forms for 2018 ug admission and describe the procedure also I can't understand it

Can you please be more specific like in which university or institute you wish to apply for UG and for which courses?
The procedure is moslty online based you have to fill the form of the particular university or college and the admission will be based on your 12th std marks.Some universities or institutes have their own entrance exam.
