When will the campus of iit palakkad shift at its permanent place??

Hello
IIT Palakkad shifted due to a few reasons out of which one main reason was construction and improvement of the campus and the labs.
There is no date as such declared by the official sources but there are some predictions that it would be complete in around 8 - 9 years ie around the year 2022.
No official statement about the same has come out so far,its a mere prediction.
