Hello student,
HSTES means Haryana Lateral Entry Entrance Test, undergraduate (Haryana LEET UG entrance). It is a exam which is conducted by Haryana to get admission in BE,Btech,BArch courses. The admission is done on the basis of JEE Main exam. They organize off campus counselling for the admission. If you want to get admission to college and university of Haryana then you should fill the form HSTES, you can do registration from 21st September to 30th September, forms are available ont their official website.
