when will the merit list of the st/sc/obc issued?

Generally after 4 to 5 weeks.it is released

List of all the categories will be issued after the result is out. Probably a month after the exam

But its already a month later now,7th jan to 23rd feb...do not know how much time do they need?

I thought you were asking about UG. PG merit lsit will probbably come in mid march
