No, NTSE form will not be released for class 12 students.
NTSE is conducted for class 10 students only or are yet to appear for their board examination. So, no NTSE examination is not conducted for class 12. If you want, you can write Kvpy (Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojna), which is conducted for class 12( also for degree level students).
There are several talent search examinations such KVPY, AIPT(conducted separately for Physics/Chemistry /Maths/Astronomy) and several others.

You can fill up uptu forms to get to get admission in 1st year programme of engineering, management and pharmacy. The admission form will be released in mid March (25th match this year). You need to score minimum of 50% in your 12th boards.
