I suppose you are asking about the board exams for class 12th. Since you have not mentioned theb oard you belong to I will answe it for Andhra Pradesh as well as CBSE.
As far as Andhra Pradesh intermediate exam is concerned, the official dates have not been announced yet but they are supposed to be announced anyday on https://bie.ap.gov.in/ and are most probably going to be conducted in March, there has been a reduction of 30% syllabus for 2020-21 batch. As far as CBSE is concerned, the 12th boards are expected to be from February 15 to March 30, 2021 but no official statement has been released yet.
