whenever I try to login to fill up application form for EFLU, why does it keeps showing invalid credentials? I have already contacted the helpdesk via email but they have yet to respond.I have waited for a few days before login again. I don't know what to do anymore. Please help me.

dear Tutu Borang,
please make sure that before login you must have to be registered.Because the first step to applying online application form is new registration by providing basic details there after login and form filling.
But if after succefully registration you can't able to login then please check your username and password in your mailbox.
on other hand if you are not able to login even trying many solution then in my opinion you should go for a new application form by providing another mobile number and email id .
