Hello student,
Paneth cell is very important cell for our body. These cells are found in the small intestine and in the appendix at the base of the intestinal gland. Main function of these cells is to produce and transport the variety of anti-microbial proteins and peptides including angiogenin-4, lysozome, secretory phospolipase A2 and some others.
