Hey Pragya, Post 2016 AFMC admits candidates only through NEET exams. You need register separately for AFMC in their website, if you clear a certain cutoff for AFMC, then you need attend an interview at AFMC along with medical clearances.
NEET is conducted across several cities in India. To check your city or your nearest city code, check Annexure of NEET Prospectus 2019. Its not available will now. Keep following careers360 to get recent updates and notifications regarding NEET.
